Stability and installation precision for large-format Versailles panels
   The client wanted the timeless elegance of Versailles parquet while avoiding the warping, shrinking, and installation difficulties commonly associated with traditional solid wood panels, especially in large 800 × 800 mm formats.
Our Solution
    To ensure long-term dimensional stability, we developed a durable multi-layer engineered structure that minimizes wood movement and keeps the large-format panels flat under seasonal climate changes.
   Each Versailles panel was factory-assembled with high precision, while the T&G installation system enabled seamless alignment and efficient on-site installation.
    For the visual style, premium AB grade oak was selected to create a clean and sophisticated appearance with minimal rustic character. A subtle wire-brushed texture enhanced the natural wood grain, while a protective UV lacquer finish improved durability and resistance to daily wear and sunlight exposure.
   The substantial 4 mm solid oak top layer also allows future refinishing, ensuring long-term value and performance.
