The client was concerned about moisture-related issues such as warping and cupping due to the seaside climate, especially with large-scale wood installation on floors and feature walls.
Our Solution
 We provided a customized 3-layer engineered oak system for enhanced dimensional stability, paired with a precision 2G click locking system to prevent moisture intrusion. For wall applications, a moisture-barrier installation method with structural adhesive was used. A matte UV Lacquer finish was applied to preserve natural texture while improving moisture resistance.
