Precision installation and maintaining a clean creamy oak tone over time
The client wanted a refined modern French interior that combined classic architectural details with contemporary softness. Their main concerns were achieving perfectly aligned chevron geometry and preventing the light oak color from yellowing under natural sunlight.
Our Solution
   We utilized high-precision milling technology to manufacture the 510 × 90 mm chevron blocks, ensuring seamless alignment and sharp continuous lines throughout the installation.
   Premium AB grade oak was carefully selected to achieve a clean, uniform appearance with minimal knots and color variation.
   To preserve the desired creamy warm tone (AM-40), we applied a specialized UV lacquer finish with anti-yellowing protection. A subtle wire-brushed texture added natural warmth while maintaining a refined modern look.
   The robust 15 mm structure with a 4 mm solid oak top layer delivers excellent durability, acoustic comfort, and long-term dimensional stability through its 3-layer engineered construction.
