A: Natural wood naturally varies in grain, tone, and character, so complete uniformity between every plank or production batch is neither realistic nor desirable. However, AMUER follows a systematic color control process to keep the overall appearance of different batches within the agreed range.

Before mass production, we use the customer-approved original sample as the primary color reference. During production, our team monitors key factors including raw material selection, staining, surface treatment, coating, and overall visual consistency. Before packaging, the finished flooring is also checked under appropriate lighting conditions to identify any significant color deviations.

For long-term customers and repeat orders, we normally retain approximately 3–4 m² of finished flooring from each production batch as a reference. When the next order is produced, our team compares the new production against both the original approved sample and the retained flooring from the previous batch. This continuous sample-retention and color-matching process helps minimize noticeable differences between orders and maintain color continuity for customers who purchase the same products over time.

Because wood is a natural material, reasonable variations in color, grain, and natural characteristics should still be expected. These variations are part of the authentic appearance of real wood flooring.
