Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes — samples are normally available before you place a project order, and in most cases they are part of the standard process. From a factory perspective, we always recommend clients confirm samples first to ensure color, texture, and finish match the project design.Typical sample service for project orders:  * Standard engineered wood samples available before bulk production  * Sample pieces usually shipped within 3–7 working days (depending on customization)  * Small sample cost is often free or refundable after order confirmation  * Multiple color options can be provided for comparison  * Custom color samples can also be produced before mass production approvalFor large projects like hotels, apartments, or commercial spaces, sample confirmation is an important step before production starts, helping ensure consistency and avoiding color deviation in mass production. If needed, we can also support 'project sample boxes + customized mock-up boards' for design approval.

Color sampling and lab adjustment    2. Small sample confirmation  3. Final production approval  4. Mass production with strict batch consistency controlThis ensures the final flooring matches your project design vision while maintaining stable quality across large-scale production.

How stable is engineered wood flooring in dry climates?

Engineered wood flooring is one of the best choices for dry climates.    Engineered wood flooring performs very well in dry climates due to its multi-layer construction. Compared with solid hardwood flooring, engineered flooring is designed to provide better dimensional stability and reduce the risk of excessive shrinking, warping, or cracking caused by low humidity environments.   At AMUER Flooring, our engineered wood flooring uses a stable plywood or multi-layer core structure that helps balance internal tension and improve performance under climate changes. This makes it suitable for regions with dry weather, seasonal temperature differences, or indoor heating systems. For dry climate projects, we usually recommend:   1.Maintaining indoor humidity between 35%–55%   2.Using proper acclimation before installation   3.Choosing stable multi-layer engineered constructions   4.Installing with professional moisture control methods   With proper installation and maintenance, engineered wood flooring remains stable, durable, and visually beautiful even in dry climate conditions.

Is engineered wood flooring suitable for hotels?

Can engineered wood flooring be used in apartments?

Yes, engineered wood flooring is widely used in apartments and is one of the most recommended options from a factory perspective.   Compared with solid hardwood flooring, engineered flooring has better structural stability, making it more suitable for apartment environments with temperature and humidity changes. It can be installed over concrete subfloors and is also compatible with underfloor heating systems.  For apartment projects, we usually recommend:   1.Multi-layer engineered wood flooring for better stability   2.Acoustic underlay to reduce footstep noise   3.Click-lock or glue-down installation systems   4.Durable surface finishes for daily residential use  Engineered wood flooring also offers the natural appearance of real wood while being easier to install and maintain, which makes it a popular choice for apartments, condos, and residential developments worldwide.
